Health and wellness require an inclusive convening. The CHWIS '27 Secretariat designs every edition to be accessible across mobility, sensory, cognitive and linguistic needs.

On-site

Step-free access to the plenary hall, all breakout rooms, the HealthTech Showcase floor and the Wellness Experience Night pavilion.
Simultaneous interpretation in English, Spanish, French and Dutch in the plenary.
Reserved seating, hearing-loop support and large-print agendas available on request at the accreditation desk.
Quiet room and prayer space within the secured perimeter.
On-site clinician and first-aid station during all programme hours.

This site is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Colour contrast, focus indicators and keyboard navigation are tested at each release.
All recorded plenaries are captioned. Transcripts available on request to press@chwissummit.com.
