Terms of access & attendance.

These terms govern access to this website and attendance at the Caribbean Health, Wellness & Innovation Summit ("CHWIS '27"), produced by OPEN Interactive under the patronage of the Ministry of Health, Wellness & Environment, Antigua & Barbuda.

Registration

Submission of a registration constitutes a request for a delegate pass and does not guarantee confirmation. The CHWIS '27 Secretariat reviews each registration against the convening criteria and confirms or declines within 5 business days. Confirmed delegates receive accommodation block details and the on-site programme.

On-the-record default

CHWIS '27 plenaries operate on-the-record by default and may be broadcast or recorded. Ministerial roundtables and Deal Room sessions operate under Chatham House Rule unless announced otherwise on the day.

Code of conduct

All delegates, partners and accredited media agree to the CHWIS '27 code of conduct: respect for participants regardless of role or nationality, no harassment, and no off-the-record commentary attributed without consent.

Limitation of liability

The CHWIS '27 Secretariat is not responsible for personal travel, accommodation, medical or insurance arrangements, except where expressly stated in a partnership agreement.
